At West Hill House B&B we are here to help fill your wedding day with memories to last a life time.
We will be delighted to work with you to plan your wedding for 17 to our maximum of 80 people. (For weddings up to 16 people click on our Elopement Packages.) Our wedding package includes:
- An excellent Justice of the Peace who will officiate at your ceremony and will contact you ahead of time to work with you to personalize your ceremony.
- Your choice of location on our property for your ceremony.
- 2 nights accommodation in either the Paris Suite, Mountain Room or Wildflower Room for the wedding couple (further nights at regular rates).
- Pre-breakfast coffee/tea delivered to your room each morning.
- The use of the house and terrace for up to 24 people, and the use of the Handsome Red Barn for 25 and up.
- Tables, chairs, tablecloths, place settings, glasses etc. for the reception dinner.
- Valet parking and bartending where required by the number of guests.
Our package is priced starting at $65 per person plus applicable taxes.
We will be pleased to assist you with catering for your event. We are also state licensed for the sale of beer and wine and will be happy to provide the beverages of your choice. The Application for Vermont License of Civil Marriage is available on line. You can fill it in on your screen, print it, then fax it to Rita Goss, Town of Warren Town Clerk at 802-496-2418. You can pay for it at the town hall when you pick up your license - Monday to Friday from 9AM till 4:30PM, which you of course need to do BEFORE the ceremony.
